- 5 workout days, 2 rest days per week
- Complete 14 classes to qualify for prizes
- 5 winners will receive curated fitness boxes (valued at $250)
- Choose your intensity: 20-min consistency builds or 55-min result crushers
- Streaming Guide updated weekly with recommended classes
- BUT, any AEF On Demand class counts toward your challenge total
