March 31 - April 20

  • Complete 14 classes to qualify for prizes
  • 5 winners will receive curated fitness boxes (valued at $250)
  • Choose your intensity: 20-min consistency builds or 55-min result crushers
  • Streaming Guide updated weekly with recommended classes
  • BUT, any AEF On Demand class counts toward your challenge total
